Actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in Bradford. The hotel was reasonably clean, bright, had very professional staff at the same front desk chatting to the receptionist. Got standard twin room with very comfy bed, the heating up, good facilities as expected. The breakfast selection was rich and good at £14. I appreciated that the venue was 21 minutes drive from the airport.

I particularly liked how the staff were very friendly and willing to offer assistance. My daughter, neice and I arrived late in the evening. Staff were more than happy to accommodate u's with food which was presented and tasted excellent. The only negative comment I would make about our stay was there appeared to be an unpleasant smell in the corridor and room. Outside of that, we were happy with our stay and a bug thanku to the lovely staff for doing a great job.

Had a good stay for a brief visit to Bradford in a very convenient location, glad I've chosen it. The staff was affable and smart all the time. I did not want to leave, so couldn't recommend more this hotel.

I stayed at Jurys Inn last weekend with my sister and my mother who is a wheelchair user . We had a tripple room and found the room and passageways easily accessible The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. With everything we needed. It was an ideal location at only 5a minutes walk from Bradford Interchange. Would deffinitely stay here again.
The only down side was the shock we got when we bought a 75ml bottle of water from the bar and was charged over £4.00

The Staff pleasant, helpful and flexible. Unfortunately we stayed for short night hours only on our way to the airport. We were surprised with high quality in contrast to low (!!!) price....Many Thanks.

The location of the hotel was exellent for our purpose; the theatre . museum and restraunts were all within walking distance. We thought that the the staff were entirely helpful. The one slight drawback was the issue of parking but the arrangement with the ncp did work Perhaps it was because the hotel is new but I was unable to use my satnav to locate either by the postal address or the post code. Should we visit Bradford again we woiuld be happy to use the hotel

The staff was wonderful and committed. Bed was wonderful. Breakfast was ok. Rooms facilities where really good.
No car park (should be announced). The Wi-Fi did give us some problems (the staff was dealing with it fast and smiley). Dinner portions is not always enough - compared to the price.
